1. Introduction
VehicleRoad provides its customers and partners with the ability to process certain transactions online through myvehicleroad. If a payment fails, VehicleRoad may reverse or void the related transaction without liability.

By creating an account, you consent to receive communication via email or SMS from VehicleRoad. If you do not wish to receive these, please do not register. You must ensure your contact information remains up to date.
10. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide true and accurate information. Providing false or misleading details is an offence under applicable laws and may void your transactions or approvals. VehicleRoad is not liable for errors caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
11. Warranties & Limitations
Except as required by law, VehicleRoad provides myvehicleroad “as is” without warranties of any kind. VehicleRoad does not guarantee uninterrupted access, virus-free systems, or accuracy of information. To the extent permitted by law, VehicleRoad’s liability is limited to re-supplying the affected goods or services or refunding their value.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify VehicleRoad against all losses or damages resulting from your breach or misuse of myvehicleroad.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
14. Copyright
All content on myvehicleroad is owned by VehicleRoad or its licensors. You may download or print content only for personal or internal business use. Any reproduction, publication, or transmission without prior consent is prohibited.
15. Privacy & Data Use
Personal information collected through myvehicleroad is used for processing your transactions and as required by law. It may be disclosed to authorized entities such as law enforcement, traffic authorities, contractors, or other approved partners. Some information may be transferred outside Victoria.
